Club Stalls
We would like to offer you possibility to present your national Club.
Club presentation stalls can be set up from 9 a.m. on Conference Day, Sunday May 22, 2022, to share information about your Club, newsletters, leaflets, or present souvenirs/ items for sale. A separate area is provided for setting up stalls. Each stall is supplied with a table, 2 chairs and a blackboard. We will also supply scissors, pins, tapes,…etc. If anything extra is required, please contact us.
Club stalls are FREE OF CHARGE, all we require is Club´s contribution to Silent Auction – thank you in advance.
